Dr. Joshi is an Assistant Professor of Business Communication and Marketing. She received an MBA in Marketing from University of Pune (India) and a Ph.D. in Advertising from Michigan State University. Her teaching areas include advertising, evolutionary marketing, integrated marketing communication, and consumer behavior. Pradnya is currently researching the role of linguistic psychology in environmental marketing. Her other research interests include cross-cultural brand communication, and effects of new media. Pradnya is a member of American Marketing Association, American Academy of Advertising, and Association for Consumer Research.
