Dr. Racherla joined the College of Business at West Texas A&M University in 2008 as an assistant professor of marketing and management. He earned a Ph.D. in business administration from the Fox School of Business, Temple University. He has an M.B.A. in management and marketing from SSIHL University, India and worked for four years as a channel partner for a major environmental and energy equipment firm in India. During the past four years as a research associate, he has been closely associated with a couple of knowledge management and marketing projects for clients in the USA. His research and writing interests have covered diverse range of topics such as knowledge management and Information Technology, organizational learning, customer relationship management systems & business marketing networks.
