Dr. Brock's research interests include dark side phenomenon, specifically, unethical and counterproductive behavior in the workplace, destructive leadership, and critical issues in selection and assessment. Her research has been presented and published in the proceedings of regional, national and international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
