About Me

Dr. Mills joined the College of Business in 1998. She received a B.B.A. from West Texas A&M University, a M.B.E. in Business, a M.E. in Vocational Guidance Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Personnel and Industrial Relations. Her graduate degrees were earned from the University of North Texas. Dr. Mills teaches Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior, and Principles of Management. Dr. Mills serves as the associate dean in the College of Business and works with graduate students in the M.B.A. and M.S.F.E. programs.
