About Me

Dr. Cooley is professor of management in the College of Business at West Texas A&M University. He joined the College of Business in 1998. He received a B.S. from McNeese State University, an M.B.A. from Lamar University and a Ph.D. in management from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Cooley teaches entrepreneurship, small business management and strategic management.
