
Gary D. Kelley
About Me
Dr. Gary Kelley is Director of Institutional Research and Professor of Computer Information Systems. He is responsible for coordinating institutional data collection and reporting. He has been at West Texas A&M University since 1983 during which tine he has served as faculty member, department head of Computer Information Systems, associate dean of the College of Business and president of the faculty senate. His areas of interest include applied statistical analysis, forecasting, time series analysis, and applied regression analysis. Dr. Kelley received a B.S. in mathematics from Texas Tech University, an M.S. in statistics from Southern Methodist University, and a Ph.D. in statistics from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the American Statistical Association.
