Ching-I Teng is a Professor in the Graduate Institute of Business and Management in Chang Gung University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D in Management from National Taiwan University. His research interests include Internet marketing, service marketing, and health care management. He has 66 papers published or accepted by academic peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Service Research, British Journal of Management, CyberPsychology & Behavior, Technovation, Psychological Reports, The Service Industries Journal, and other journals. He has obtained the Best Researcher Award by Chang Gung University.
